Established in 2006, after contributing 10 years into the Water/Wastewater industry at a Global Engineering firm and an earlier 2 years working for both the Private and Public sector in an engineering capacity, Paul Kusiar established Kusiar Project Services Inc. 

It began with an innocent concept where Paul would work in the field as the client’s representative providing services that included Contract Administration, Site Inspection, commissioning, and any other required tasks that made a project progress as smoothly as possible. Over the years, demand for Paul’s services resulted in organic growth to a team of 11. During this time, we have played a significant role in large scale projects ranging from $20 million to over $100 million within south-western Ontario, many locations within the Greater Toronto Area, Vancouver, and into Northern Ontario. We are proud to state that we go where the work takes us, and no location is too far.

Our clients hire us to facilitate effective execution of their construction projects, often in partnership with their design engineers and key stakeholders. Once you get to know us, you’ll find out quickly that we take ownership of each project, and we aim to deliver it as though it were our very own.

We have numerous years of contract administration, construction supervision, and project commissioning experience, and constructability reviews in the heavy civil engineering discipline of water and wastewater projects. KPS has harnessed relevant experiences and focuses on construction administration, supervision, and commissioning.

Our diverse experience has allowed us to successfully deliver complete water and wastewater projects by playing a key role in the development and implementation of construction staging programs, safety programs, standard operating procedures (SOP’s), process logic descriptions, operating manuals, and commissioning.
